    Alternative methods of measuring your ring size:

    1. You already own a ring that fits perfectly? 

    Harvest the inner diameter of your ring with a ruler and multiply the inside diameter by 3.14. The result is your finger circumference and at the same time the EU ring size

    Example:

    Inner diameter = 19.1mm.

    19,1mm x 3,14 = 60mm (EU Ringgröße "60")

    2. Go to your local jeweler and ask to have your ring size measured.

    The shipping fee for international orders does not include the cost of duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. We therefore recommend that you calculate applicable duties and taxes yourself before purchasing.

    The same applies to international returns (outside the EU zone): any customs fees incurred by the return, which are invoiced to us as a retailer, will not be paid by us and the shipment will be immediately returned to the sender by customs. Only shipments marked as “Free Return” or otherwise clearly marked as return, which do not incur any costs for us as the recipient, can be accepted. Please make sure that the customs documents required for the return are filled out correctly.

    You can usually find information about this on your country's customs website. If a package is returned due to rejection of customs fees and taxes paid, no refund can be made.

    We give you a voluntary one-year guarantee on every order in our online shop, which refers to and covers clear production errors and defects in the material.

    To activate the guarantee you will find a guarantee card with a unique number in your package. Please keep this warranty card carefully after purchase.

    If there is a problem with your product within the warranty period that you believe should be covered by our warranty, please send us a short message with a photo of the defect and your order and/or warranty card number and we will find a solution as quickly as possible .

    Please note that the guarantee does not apply if the guarantee period has expired or if there are signs of wear/use. In other words, defects that can be traced back to improper use: e.g. the bangle breaking due to strong bending or the chain breaking due to strong pulling. Deliberately damaged items are excluded from the warranty, as are scratches and oxidation caused by chemicals, for example.

    However, these problems can usually be resolved or avoided entirely by properly caring for the jewelry .

    If you notice a defect or (production) error in your product immediately after delivery and before wearing the goods for the first time, you must report this to us immediately. This does not fall under the voluntary guarantee, but rather under the right of return. In this case, please contact us immediately via our chat and register the return of your product via our returns portal.

    Important! Please state the return reason "Defect" to make it clear that the product has a production defect. Please note here that no goods will be taken back if they exceed the return policy or show signs of wear. Products can be tried on, but not worn/used if they are to be returned.
