Our standard shipping with DHL is free worldwide! at available Items are usually shipped from us within just 24 hours sent! Shipping is from Germany and takes place with our partners: DHL & UPS. Through DHL GoGreen we successfully offset the resulting Co2 emissions. Products with the label "Pre-Order" have a longer delivery time. Further information on this at: FAQ.

Our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post (or UPS if you choose) take care of our shipping. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as we've shipped your order. So you can always see exactly where your order is.

The shipping fee for international orders does not include charges for duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery.
