Our jewelry is made of rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver or gold vermeil and is fully solid – no hollow spaces, no flexible compromises. A ring weighing 14 or 16 grams is precisely engineered, not a lightweight fashion accessory. This means: it cannot be bent back, is not meant to be stretched or compressed, and a stone ring cannot withstand unnecessary pressure.

For us to offer a piece of jewelry again as new, it must be unworn and undamaged – not out of strictness, but out of respect for the material, craftsmanship, and the next customer. Quality demands care.

What happens when a return arrives with us

When a return arrives, it’s not simply scanned and put back on the shelf. Every piece of jewelry is inspected again – under neutral light, with trained eyes, and a delicate touch. We check dimensions, surface finish, stone setting, and refinement. Is the surface still untouched? Is the stone exactly as it was on the day of shipment? Are edges and lines as sharp as before?

Secure Return Shipping – When Value Is Being Transported

Jewelry made of precious metal is not an ordinary product. It is a valuable item – and this should be reflected in the return shipment. Returns at Sprezzi are at your own cost and risk, which is why we recommend insured shipping with tracking and secure, shock-protected packaging. The included jewelry case with foam insert is ideal for this. Alternatively, a soft cloth in a sturdy outer package is sufficient. Multiple pieces of jewelry should be individually protected so they do not touch each other. A high-quality piece does not belong in an uninsured envelope.

International Returns & Customs

Special customs regulations apply to returns outside the EU. The shipment must be clearly declared as "Free Return" or free return shipment – otherwise, it will be held or returned by customs, causing delays. As a retailer, we cannot cover import fees, and a refund can only be issued after proper delivery. The more precise the declaration, the faster and smoother the process.
