One year Warranty on material & processing
You automatically receive a voluntary 12-month Warranty covering all relevant material and workmanship defects.

How it works
Your package includes a Warranty card with an individual number. Please keep this card safe – it serves as proof in case of Warranty.

In case of Warranty
If a problem occurs within the Warranty period, simply send us:

  • a photo of the jewelry piece

  • Your order number and/or Warranty card number

We will then take care of a solution as quickly as possible.

Excluded are:

  • Damage after the Warranty period has expired

  • Silver is a soft material. Frequent wearing or adjusting can cause a bracelet to deform or develop material stress over time. Damage such as cracks or deformations resulting from normal use or visible shape changes are excluded from the Warranty. However, we are happy to check if a repair is possible.

  • intentional damage

  • normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or abrasion

With the right care, most signs of wear can be easily avoided or fixed.

Immediately after delivery
If you notice a defect immediately after receiving and before the first wear, this is not covered by the Warranty but falls under your statutory right of return. Please contact us immediately via our Chat and register the return in our Returns Portal.
