Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate estimated shipping emissions. Based on these estimates, a portion of our proceeds goes to companies that have been vetted by Carbon Direct scientists. These companies use the money to remove as much carbon as our deliveries caused. Any extra funds go towards further developing carbon removal technologies.
