Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day 

on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or are delivered in a single manner;

on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us (Sprezzi Fashion, Nordring 12c, 76761 Rülzheim) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or our returns portal ). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. Confirmation of the revocation on our part is not absolutely necessary. It is sufficient to receive the email and acknowledge the registered return.

Deadlines: After receiving the goods, the consumer has 14 days to declare the cancellation. By sending the cancellation declaration, the consumer begins a new period of 14 days within which he must send the goods back to the dealer. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to properly send the goods or provide proof that the goods have been sent. The goods therefore do not have to be received by the retailer within 14 days.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

The buyer chooses the shipping service provider to return the goods himself. The buyer bears the direct costs for the return shipment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent to us before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;

for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

to deliver audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

What is my return policy?

We are convinced that you will like our products. If you are still not satisfied with a product, our aim is to enable you to make an uncomplicated and stress-free return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Within this time, you can cancel your order without giving reasons and return your ordered goods to us in the original packaging. Unless we communicate a promotion with an extended right of return on our website, your cancellation must be made within the statutory period of 14 days.

It is important that the general right of return only applies to unworn goods in their original condition. Goods that show signs of use (scratches, wear, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. When trying on your products, please make sure that the goods remain intact.

Please contact our team about registering your return/exchange via the chat on our Contact page . Registering your return is also a timely cancellation and is therefore necessary for the timely processing of your return. The automated email that you receive in response to your return registration is also confirmation of receipt of the cancellation. Very uncomplicated! Please also check your spam folder.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers or items that expressly state otherwise. This includes our Lightroom presets and made-to-order (not immediately available) goods/custom products.

At international returns It is essential to ensure that the return is marked as “Free Return” or clearly as a return, as we will not pay customs costs and the package will therefore be sent back.

Customers from Germany can download a pre-filled DHL shipping label (unfranked) and drop off the package with DHL.

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. If the goods have a defect upon delivery or an item is missing, please inform us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your right of return/right of cancellation has been exceeded by 14 days and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

How should I return the goods?

Especially when returning several items, the pieces of jewelry should be individually and securely packaged so as not to damage the goods. Even when returning individual products, please use the jewelry case and its foam insert sent with you to pack the piece of jewelry safely. Alternatively, simply wrap the jewelry with a soft paper towel. Thanks!

When can I expect the purchase price to be refunded?

If the return has been successfully delivered, we reserve the right to make the desired exchange or refund directly according to the information on your enclosed return form. We want to be quick!

The purchase price will usually be refunded within 7-12 working days after your return has arrived and been checked. We automatically use the payment method you chose for the refund. If credit card payment, depending on the provider, it may take an additional 3-5 days for a successful refund. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Please remember to provide sufficient franking for your shipment. 
It is best to keep your postal receipt/tracking number as proof until the refund has been made. For your own safety, we recommend insured shipping including tracking with DHL or UPS. According to Deutsche Post's general terms and conditions, goods may not only be sent as letters. There is no liability in the event of loss!

Can an exchange be made?

If you wish, you can of course receive a different product or a different size. Shipping to you is again free! Please note on the return form which product and, if applicable, the size that you would like to exchange.

Returns when purchasing with Klarna

If you now want to return one or more items to us and the end of the invoice deadline is approaching, you have the option of pausing the invoice in your own Klarna account by informing Klarna about the return: click on “Report return” and then to “I have returned the goods”. Please note that we cannot extend your billing deadline. If the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, we ask you to contact Klarna customer service.

If you have returned the entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of your Klarna invoice after the return has been processed.

If you would like to return part of your order: Simply reduce the invoice total by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

Legal Notice

Please note the following information, which results from the EU Consumer Directive, which has been in force since June 13, 2014:

  • Returns: You bear the costs of the return (if you received a defective or demonstrably incorrect item, we will of course cover the costs by subsequently refunding the shipping costs). Simply frank the shipment exactly as you received it.
  • Exchange: If you would like an exchange, we will send you your new desired item free of charge upon receipt of the item to be exchanged.
