Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day, 

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us (Sprezzi Fashion, Nordring 12c, 76761 Rülzheim) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or our Retourenportal). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. A confirmation of the withdrawal by us is not required. The receipt of the email and acknowledgment of the registered return is sufficient.

Deadlines: After receiving the goods, the consumer has 14 days to declare the withdrawal. Upon sending the withdrawal declaration, a new period of 14 days begins for the consumer, within which they must return the goods to the retailer. To meet the deadline, proper dispatch of the goods or proof that the goods have been sent is sufficient. Therefore, the goods do not have to arrive at the retailer within 14 days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

The buyer chooses the shipping service provider for the return shipment of the goods themselves. The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent to us before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or termination reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

What is my right of return?

We are convinced that you will like our products. However, if a product does not satisfy you, it is our goal to offer you a straightforward and stress-free return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can revoke your order without giving reasons and return the ordered goods to us in the original packaging. Unless we communicate a promotion with an extended return period on our website, your revocation must be made within the statutory period of 14 days.

It is important that the general right of return only applies to unworn goods in their original condition. Goods showing signs of use (scratches, wear, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. Please make sure when trying on your products that the goods remain undamaged.

Please contact our team regarding the registration of your return/exchange via the chat on our contact page. Registering your return is simultaneously the timely cancellation and necessary for the timely processing of your return. The automated email you receive as a reply to your return registration is also the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation. Very simple! Please also check your spam folder.

The cancellation right does not apply to vouchers or items for which something else is explicitly stated. This includes our Lightroom presets and goods/custom orders (not immediately available) made to order.

At international returns It is absolutely essential that the return is marked as "Free Return", or clearly as a return, since customs fees will not be paid by us and the package will therefore be sent back.

Customers from Germany can download a pre-filled DHL shipping label (unfranked) here and drop off the package at DHL.

We accept a return exclusively for new and unworn goods. If the goods already show a defect upon delivery or an item is missing, please inform us immediately after receiving the goods. Otherwise, there is no Warranty that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your 14-day return/cancellation right has been exceeded and an extended return right has not been previously confirmed by us, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

How should I return the goods?

Especially when returning multiple items, the jewelry pieces should be individually and securely packed to avoid damage. Also, when returning single products, please use the included jewelry case and its foam insert to safely pack the jewelry piece. Alternatively, simply wrap the jewelry in a soft paper towel. Thank you!

When can I expect the refund of the purchase price?

Upon successful delivery of the return, we reserve the right to immediately process the desired exchange or refund according to the information on your enclosed return form. We want to be fast!

The refund of the purchase price usually takes place within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection of your return. We automatically use the payment method you selected for the refund. For credit card payments, depending on the provider, an additional 3-5 days may be required for the successful refund. We process your return as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Please remember to sufficiently frank your shipment. 
Keep your postal receipt/tracking number as proof until the refund has been processed. For your own safety, we recommend insured shipping including tracking with DHL or UPS. According to the terms and conditions of Deutsche Post, goods may not be sent only as letters. There is no liability in case of loss!

Can an exchange be made?

If desired, you will of course receive a different product or size. Shipping to you is free again! Please note on the return form which product and, if applicable, the size you want as an exchange.

Return when purchasing with Klarna

If you now want to return one or more items to us and the end of the invoice period is approaching, you have the option to pause the invoice in your own Klarna account by informing Klarna about the return: Click on “Report return” and then on “I have returned the goods.” Please note that we cannot extend your invoice period. If the payment deadline date on the invoice has been exceeded, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, we ask you to contact Klarna customer service.

If you have returned the entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of your Klarna invoice after processing the return.

If you want to return part of your order: simply reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already paid the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount for the returned items to your account.

Legal notices

Please note the following information resulting from the EU Consumer Directive valid since June 13, 2014:

  • Returns: You bear the cost of the return shipment (if you received a defective or demonstrably incorrect item, we will of course cover the costs by subsequently reimbursing the shipping costs). Simply frank the shipment exactly as you received it.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange, we will send you your new desired item free of charge after receiving the item to be exchanged.
