Shipping
We ship free worldwide with DHL – the only exception is orders to the USA, which we ship via UPS Express. Within Germany, your package usually arrives within 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
We usually dispatch all available items within 24–48 hours. Items marked “Pre-Order” are made for you on request and have a longer delivery time. The same applies to payment by bank transfer: we only ship once your payment has been received.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive your personal tracking number by email. You can use it to see where your package is at any time. If in doubt, also check your spam folder – sometimes our email ends up there. Our logistics partners are DHL/Deutsche Post and UPS.

*The delivery times shown are the standard estimates provided by our shipping service providers and are in addition to our processing time, which is usually 24–48 hours. These are estimates only. Unfortunately, we cannot rule out delays – for example, due to high shipping volumes or customs and freight inspections for shipments outside the EU.

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, Cyprus.
Switzerland, Norway, Monaco and the United Kingdom: The same provisions apply here as for EU countries, but the rates and transit times for the “Rest of the world” apply. As these are non-EU countries, import duties may apply. Please check your country’s import regulations in advance – we cannot provide binding information on this.
International
We ship to Asia, Australia, North and South America, and the Middle East.
Shipping to the USA
We ship directly to the USA from our warehouse in Germany – via UPS Express for 29 $, with free shipping on orders over 250 $. Your order usually arrives within 3–6 business days, including customs clearance.
Your benefit as a US customer: You purchase at the net price. Once you select the USA as your shipping country, the 19% German VAT is automatically removed from your shopping cart.
Customs: Since the $800 de minimis exemption was eliminated in August 2025, every shipment to the USA is subject to customs duties – from us as from any other retailer. Jewelry currently incurs around 15% import duty on the value of the goods, plus a small customs clearance fee charged by the shipping service provider. You pay these costs to UPS upon delivery, not to us. This brings your total to approximately the gross price paid by customers in Europe.
We declare every shipment accurately with its value and HS code – no false declarations, no packages held up at customs. If you have questions about customs clearance, just contact us in advance.
Customs & taxes outside the EU
This section applies to all orders to countries outside the European Union.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the authorities in your destination country and are not included in the order price. You are responsible as the recipient for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority before placing your order to find out about any possible fees – rates are generally available online.
Please note: If a package is refused because customs fees have not been paid and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting shipping and return costs from your refund.
