4. Shipping your individual piece of jewelry

After successful completion, your personalized piece of jewelry will be securely packaged and shipped to you.

How long does a custom order take?

The duration varies depending on effort and design. Generally, you should plan several weeks. We usually calculate at least 4-6 weeks. Exact timeframes will be communicated to you during the inquiry process.

Can I contribute my own design?

Yes. Your own ideas, sketches, or references are expressly welcome and form the basis for the design.

What does personalized jewelry cost?

The costs depend on material, design, and manufacturing effort – especially for precious metal jewelry, on the weight. Since the prices for gold and silver are currently rising sharply, the price is also dynamic and is based on the daily raw material price. During the design coordination, you will receive a transparent assessment. 

Is an exchange possible?

Since this is individually crafted jewelry, exchanges are generally excluded. Of course, we review every request fairly and transparently. Sometimes a later adjustment is possible to address any dissatisfaction.
