The duration varies depending on effort and design. Usually, you should allow several weeks. We typically estimate at least 4-6 weeks. Exact timeframes will be communicated during the request process.

Can I contribute my own design?

Yes. Your own ideas, sketches, or references are explicitly welcome and form the basis for the design.

What does personalized jewelry cost?

The cost depends on material, design, and manufacturing effort – especially the weight for precious metal jewelry. Since prices for gold and silver are currently rising sharply, the price is dynamic and based on the daily raw material market rate. During the design coordination, you will receive a transparent estimate. 

Is an exchange possible?

Since this is individually crafted jewelry, exchanges are generally excluded. Of course, we review every request fairly and transparently. Sometimes adjustments can be made afterward to address any dissatisfaction.
