Our products are designed for everyday use and are therefore also waterproof. They are made of sturdy natural stone, stainless steel and sterling silver. You can easily wear our bracelets even on rainy days. However, we do not recommend exercising with our wristbands or going for a swim in salt water. The products are not directly destroyed by this, but in the long run the look of the polished rings and bangles can change and the shine can be lost. If that doesn't bother you, you can also wear our jewelry in the water.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer individual engraving. However, experience has shown that most of our products can be engraved easily and inexpensively by a good goldsmith or jeweler.

Especially polished silver jewelry is prone to scratches on the material surface. That's why we deliver directly free of charge polishing cloth with! With this you can easily remove light scratches on the surface of your ring or bracelet and make it shine. If the silver jewelry has oxidized or tarnished, e.g. due to contact with chemicals, you can usually fix this very quickly with this silver cloth. Unfortunately, this property is normal for silver jewelry in the long run. If deeper signs of wear appear over time, you can use our Scratch Remover. Our bracelet made of stone and stainless steel:
Our beaded bracelets are handmade from natural stone and stainless steel. We use an elastic nylon band to make it as easy as possible to put on and take off and to ensure optimal wearing comfort. Our experience over the last few years has shown that our 18-20cm long bracelets can be easily adjusted to almost any wrist. A size selection is therefore not necessary. If a bracelet unexpectedly doesn't fit right away, then contact us and we'll make it right we will adapt it for you free of charge!

Our Sterling Silver Bracelets:
The same applies to our silver bracelets: One size fits all. Our "One Size" Experience has shown that it fits 95% of all wrists. In addition, most models can be extended by up to 1cm by yourself if the bracelet is a little too tight on hot summer days, for example. In the event that the bracelet does not fit at all, you can simply contact us and we will offer you a solution!

Our bangles:
Even with our bracelets you save yourself the size selection. The solid sterling silver bangles let through gently flexing and adjusting to fit your wrist. That is the advantage of silver - the material is flexible, robust and of high quality at the same time. Nevertheless, you should bend the bracelet "open" and "close" as little as possible so as not to unnecessarily stress the material. Because our tested 925 sterling silver is of much higher quality, but also softer than, for example, stainless steel.

Our Call:
The sizes of our rings are the EU Standardgrößen: 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66 and 68.

Of course, it can happen that an ordered ring does not fit perfectly despite previous measurements! Just report within the return period an exchange and we'll make sure you get a matching ring :)

It is important to us that everyone can create their own style. Our products should round off your outfit and highlight it in style. So we find that there is no such thing as a "best" combination. You can of course find inspiration for possible looks on Instagram. You also have under "Shop The Look" the possibility to order some looks as a jewelry set at a special price.
We have only produced a very small number of some designs. These are mostly products that have a seasonal character and stand out due to special materials or details, eg parts of our summer collection. There will be no "restock" for this product after the season. You may have to wait a year. It pays to be quick here!

In the future, our outlet will help ensure that B-stock and samples can be used and bought by you. After the order?
Basically, after receiving your order, the 14-dayrefund policy. An exchange within this period is of course not a problem (only for unworn goods!).
And after the 14 days? If the ring feels too loose or too tight after wearing it for a while, a trip to the local goldsmith or jeweler will help. As a rule, the size can be adjusted relatively easily and inexpensively. Please keep in mind, that we can unfortunately no longer take back rings that have been worn for a long time. Nevertheless, you can contact us and we can see together whether a size adjustment can also be made by our workshop!
If you notice a defect in your product immediately after delivery, please contact us immediately via email or direct message. It would be helpful if you would send us the order number and some pictures of the damage to clarify your concern. We will then take care of solving the problem as quickly as possible!
Anticipation guaranteed! - Products marked "Pre-Order" are in particularly high demand, are handmade and have comparatively longer production times. Products manufactured on request are usually dispatched within 4-6 weeks. Sometimes even earlier! Your package will be sent automatically as soon as production is completed. You don't have to do anything else. However, you are welcome to contact us at any time about the status of your order!

Sprezzi currently does not offer free returns. However, standard shipping to you is always free! However, due to the small size of the products and the packaging, you can send your order back to us as a package or by post at low cost. For your own safety, please pay attention to shipping with tracking. Please do not send the goods as a letter! We recommend shipping with our partners DHL or UPS. Of course you can try on your product. Please make sure that the goods are not damaged. Worn and used goods (scratches & other signs of use) cannot be returned or exchanged. The right of return applies exclusively to unworn new goods.
