Our products are designed for everyday use and are therefore also waterproof. They are made of sturdy natural stone, stainless steel and sterling silver. You can easily wear our bracelets even on rainy days. However, we do not recommend exercising with our wristbands or going for a swim in salt water. The products are not directly destroyed by this, but in the long run the look of the polished rings and bangles can change and the shine can be lost. If that doesn't bother you, you can also wear our jewelry in the water.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer individual engraving. However, experience has shown that most of our products can be engraved easily and inexpensively by a good goldsmith or jeweler.
Yes, that is basically possible! Since we manufacture our jewelry ourselves, we can both individually customize existing designs (e.g., material, color, or size – silver, gold, etc.) and create completely personal custom-made pieces according to your ideas.

Especially polished silver jewelry is prone to scratches on the material surface. That is why we provide a polishing cloth free of charge! With this, you can easily remove light scratches from the surface of your ring or bracelet and make it shine. If the silver jewelry has oxidized or tarnished, for example due to contact with chemicals, you can usually fix this quickly with this silver cloth. Unfortunately, this property is normal for silver jewelry over time. If deeper signs of wear appear over time, you can use our Scratch Remover. Also for our silver arm chains applies: one size fits all. Our "One Size" fits experience-wise 95% of all wrists. In addition, most models can be extended by yourself by up to 1cm, for example if the bracelet is a bit too tight on hot summer days. In case the bracelet does not fit at all, you can simply contact us and we will offer you a solution!

Also with our arm cuffs you save yourself the size selection. The solid Sterling Silver arm cuffs can be adjusted to your wrist by gently bending and adjusting. That is the advantage of silver - the material is flexible, robust and high-quality at the same time. Nevertheless, you should bend the bracelet "open" and "closed" as little as possible to avoid stressing the material unnecessarily. Because our tested 925 Sterling Silver is indeed much higher quality, but also softer than, for example, stainless steel.

The size specifications of our rings are the EU standard sizes: 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68 and some designs also up to size 70.

The safest method to determine your ring size is our Size Tape. Alternatively, you can of course also use a ring you already own that fits or have your size determined directly by a jeweler.
It can of course happen that despite prior measurement an ordered ring does not fit perfectly! Simply register an exchange within the return period and we will make sure you get a fitting ring.
If in doubt, there is always the trip to the jeweler or goldsmith. Rings can usually be easily and inexpensively enlarged or reduced!

Also our necklaces are usually one size. The standard length is 51 cm and can be extended up to 56 cm by hooking into different rings on the clasp. This way you can flexibly adjust the necklace to your desired fit.

It is important to us that everyone can create their own style. Our products are meant to complete your outfit and highlight it stylishly. Therefore, we believe there is no "best" combination. We have only produced a very small number of some designs. These are mostly products that have a seasonal character and stand out due to special materials or details, eg parts of our summer collection. There will be no "restock" for this product after the season. You may have to wait a year. It pays to be quick here!

Unlike many manufacturers, our men's jewelry is not made of brass, stainless steel, or other non-precious metals. We rely on 925 silver & gold.
925 silver
Sterling Silver is a mixture of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other precious metals, so-called stabilizing metals - the result of cool elegance. In addition, this composition makes the jewelry significantly more robust than pure silver.
Our gold jewelry also consists of a core of 925 silver and impresses with a thick 14 or 18 karat real gold coating, also called "micron plating."
"Gold Vermeil"
Gold Vermeil is a particularly high-quality form of gold plating: a Thick gold layer of at least 2.5 microns, applied to the 925 sterling silver base. Compared to simple gold plating, "Vermeil" looks more elegant, lasts longer, and is based on real precious metals.
You receive from us a voluntary Warranty of one year on every order in our online shop, which relates to clear production defects and material defects and covers these.
To activate the Warranty, you will find a Warranty card with a unique number in your package. Please keep this Warranty card carefully after purchase.
If there is a problem with your product within the Warranty period that you believe should be covered by our Warranty, please send us a message with a photo of the defect and your order and/or Warranty card number, and we will take care of a solution as soon as possible.
Please note that the Warranty does not apply if the Warranty period has expired or if there are signs of wear/use. This includes, for example: scratches, discolorations, dents, or other wear and tear resulting from the use of the product.
Much of our jewelry is made from recycled precious metals (925 silver & gold). We also make sure that our packages are sent completely free of plastic. All packaging is recyclable and sourced from suppliers using the RESY symbol or the "Green Dot". We are also part of the Landbell packaging certification. In the future, our outlet will help ensure that B-stock and samples can be used and bought by you. The processing and resale of B-goods counteracts the "throwaway culture" of other manufacturers and platforms. Simple but effective: We simply reuse the filling material and the shipping boxes from your returns.

We try to get your package on its way as quickly as possible after your order! Therefore, a cancellation is in most casesunfortunately not possible. You can still try and contact us via our Chat. After ordering?
Basically, after receiving your order, the 14-day return policy applies. Within this period, an exchange is of course no problem (only for unworn goods!).
And after the 14 days? If the ring feels too loose or too tight after some time of wearing, then a visit to the local goldsmith or jeweler helps. Usually, an adjustment of the size can be made relatively easily and inexpensively. Please note, that we unfortunately cannot accept rings that have been worn for a longer time back. Nevertheless, you can contact us about this and we can look together whether a size adjustment can also be made by our workshop!
If you notice a defect in your product immediately after delivery, please contact us immediately via email or direct message. It would be helpful if you would send us the order number and some pictures of the damage to clarify your concern. We will then take care of solving the problem as quickly as possible!
Anticipation guaranteed! - Products marked "Pre-Order" are in particularly high demand, are handmade and have comparatively longer production times. Products manufactured on request are usually dispatched within 4-6 weeks. Sometimes even earlier! Your package will be sent automatically as soon as production is completed. You don't have to do anything else. However, you are welcome to contact us at any time about the status of your order!
Usually all products are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks be back in stock. Since our products are "handmade", the manufacturing process takes a lot of expertise and a little more time. We are convinced that you will like our products. Should this not be the case, we offer you an uncomplicated return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. During this time, you can cancel your order without giving reasons and return the goods to us in the original packaging. Unless we communicate an extended return policy on our website, the statutory period of 14 days applies. After timely cancellation, you have a further 14 days for the return (§ 357 para. 1 BGB). Please note that we may reject late returns. Please register your return exclusively via our returns portal yourself.
All available items are usually shipped by us within just 24-48h & are already with you within a few days. As a guide, you can find a list of approximate shipping times here. Only items marked with "Pre-Order" have a longer shipping time. You will receive more information directly during the ordering process. Please note that we rely on our partners DHL & UPS for the communicated delivery times. During periods of high shipment volume, deviations and delays may occur.
Clear! Every order is sent by us with shipment tracking. You will receive this in an e-mail when the goods are shipped. If the automatic delivery of the tracking number to you did not work, please ask our support and we will share the tracking with you again!
Sprezzi currently does not offer free returns. However, standard shipping to you is always free! Due to the small size of the products and packaging, you can return your order to us inexpensively as a package or merchandise mail. For your own safety, please ensure shipping with tracking. The goods should not be sent as a letter! We recommend shipping with our partners DHL or UPS.
