What is my return policy?
We are convinced that you will like our products. If you are still not satisfied with a product, it is our aim to offer you an uncomplicated and stress-free service Return within 14 days of receipt of goods to allow. Within this period you can cancel your order without giving reasons and send the goods you ordered back to us in the original packaging. If we do not communicate any action with an extended right of return on our website, your revocation must be made within the statutory period of 14 days.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must be made via the Returns portal Register and follow the instructions.

Only orders placed through our own shop (www.sprezzi-fashion.com) can be registered and returned. To do this, you need your order number (e.g. #1000) and the email you provided when ordering.
Danger! If registration via the portal does not work despite correct data entry, then simply report your return to us via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and then send your package straight away, incl. return form, to the address listed below.
Please note the standard return period of 14 days from receipt of your goods.
Our return form
The goods are returned at your own expense and risk. The goods must be in unused and undamaged condition, original packaging and complete including accessories and all attached documents. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

You choose the shipping service provider yourself. For returns within Germany, we recommend the Parcel shipping by DHL.
The registration of your return in Returns portal At the same time, the timely revocation and thus the timely processing of your return is necessary. The automated e-mail that you receive as a reply to your return registration is also the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation. You will not receive any further confirmation from us beyond the automatic return notification. After registering your return, you can simply send your package.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers or items for which something else is expressly stated. This includes our Lightroom presets and made-to-order (not immediately available) goods/custom-made products.
International Returns & Customs
At international returns (especially outside the EU zone) It is essential to ensure that the return as "Free Return", or clearly marked as a return. Any customs costs incurred for returns will not be paid by us and the package will be automatically returned to you by customs. We assume no costs or liability for missing or incorrect customs documents.

We accept a return exclusively for new and unworn goods. When trying it on, please make sure that there are no scratches or other damage. We reserve the right to refuse the return of worn goods.
If your right of return/cancellation of 14 days has been exceeded and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be sent back to you automatically.
How should I return the goods?
Especially when returning several items, the pieces of jewelery should be packed individually and securely so as not to damage the goods. Also when returning individual products, please use the jewelery case and its foam insert to pack the piece of jewelery securely. Alternatively, simply wrap the jewelry with a soft paper towel. When can I expect the purchase price to be refunded?
If the return is successfully delivered, we reserve the right to make the desired exchange or refund directly, in accordance with the information on your enclosed return form.
The refund of the purchase price is usually made within 7-14 working days after your return has been received and checked. We will automatically use the payment method you have chosen for the refund. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For your own safety, we recommend insured shipping including shipment tracking with the DHL or UPS. According to the general terms and conditions of Deutsche Post, goods may not only be sent as a letter.
There is no liability in case of loss!
Can an exchange be made?
If you wish, you can of course get a different product or a different size. Shipping to you is free again! Please note in the returns portal or return form which product and, if applicable, the size that you would like to exchange.
Returns when buying with Klarna
If you now want to return one or more items to us and the end of the billing period is approaching, you have the option of pausing the bill in your own Klarna account by informing Klarna about the return: Click on "Report return" and then on "I have returned the goods". Please note that we cannot extend your billing deadline. If the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case we ask you to contact Klarna customer service.
If you have returned the entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation of your Klarna invoice after the return has been processed.
If you want to return part of your order: Simply reduce the invoice total by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

Please note the following information, which is based on the EU consumer directive that has been in force since June 13, 2014:
- Returns: You bear the costs of the return (if you have received a defective or demonstrably wrong item, we will of course bear the costs by subsequently refunding the shipping costs). Simply frank the shipment exactly as you received it.
- Exchange: If you would like an exchange, we will send you your new desired item free of charge after we have received the item to be exchanged.
The deadline: After receipt of the goods, the consumer has 14 days to declare the withdrawal. By sending the declaration of revocation, the consumer has another period of 14 days to return within which he must return the goods to the retailer. Proper dispatch of the goods or proof that the goods have been dispatched is sufficient to meet the deadline. The goods therefore do not have to be received by the retailer within 14 days.
