What is my return policy?

We are convinced that you will like our products. If you are still not satisfied with a product, our aim is to enable you to make an uncomplicated and stress-free return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Within this time, you can cancel your order without giving reasons and return your ordered goods to us in the original packaging. Unless we communicate a promotion with an extended right of return on our website, your cancellation must be made within the statutory period of 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must be registered via the returns portal and the instructions must be followed.

Only orders placed through our own shop (www.sprezzi-fashion.com) can be registered and returned. To do this, you need your order number (e.g. #1000) or order ID as well as the email you provided when ordering. You can find the order number and order ID in the order confirmation email.

Please note the standard return period of 14 days from receipt of your goods.

You can download the PDF form in German or English, fill it out, and include it with your package.

The goods are returned at your own expense and risk. The goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging and complete with accessories and all attached documents. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Registering your return in the returns portal is simultaneously the timely revocation and therefore necessary for the timely processing of your return. The automated email you receive as a response to your return registration is also the confirmation of receipt of the revocation. You will not receive any further confirmation beyond the automatic return registration from us. After registering your return, you can simply send your package.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers or items that expressly state otherwise. This includes our Lightroom presets and made-to-order (not immediately available) goods/custom products.

International returns & customs (only relevant for non-EU countries)

At international returns (from outside the EU zone) It is essential to ensure that the return is marked as “Free Return” or clearly as a return. We will not pay any customs costs incurred for importing returnsand the package will therefore automatically be sent back to you by customs. We assume neither costs nor liability for missing or incorrect customs documents.

When returning from a country outside the European Union, please make sure that the CN22 import form or all other necessary forms are correctly filled out and that the goods are clearly marked as a free return. declared and, if necessary, returned to us without specifying the value of the goods. Your shipping service provider or your country's customs authority should be able to provide you with further information.

Only shipments marked as “Free Return” or otherwise marked as a free return that do not incur any costs for us as the recipient can be accepted. 

Thank you for your understanding that as a retailer we cannot accept import fees for returning our own goods, as we already pay the shipping and export taxes due upon shipment.

If a package is returned to you due to incorrect declaration, no refund can be made initially. We can only start the return process once your goods have been correctly delivered to our warehouse.

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. When trying on, please make sure that there are no scratches or other damage. We reserve the right to refuse to take back worn goods.

If your right of return/cancellation of 14 days has been exceeded and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

How should I return the goods?

Especially when returning several items, the pieces of jewelry should be individually and securely packaged so as not to damage the goods. Even when returning individual products, please use the jewelry case and its foam insert sent with you to pack the piece of jewelry safely. Alternatively, simply wrap the jewelry with a soft paper towel. Thank you!

When can I expect the purchase price to be refunded?

If the return is successfully delivered, we reserve the right to make the desired exchange or refund directly according to the information on your enclosed return form.

The purchase price will usually be refunded within 7-14 working days after your return has arrived and been checked. We automatically use the payment method you chose for the refund. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Please remember to provide sufficient franking for your shipment.

It is best to keep your postal receipt/tracking number as proof until the refund has been made.

For your own safety, we recommend insured shipping including tracking with DHL or UPS. Goods may not only be sent as a letter according to the terms and conditions of Deutsche Post.

There is no liability in the event of loss!

Can an exchange be made?

If you wish, you can of course receive a different product or a different size. Shipping to you is free again! Please note in the returns portal or return form which product and, if applicable, the size that you would like to exchange.

Returns when purchasing with Klarna

If you now want to return one or more items to us and the end of the invoice deadline is approaching, you have the option of pausing the invoice in your own Klarna account by informing Klarna about the return: click on “Report return” and then to “I have returned the goods”. Please note that we cannot extend your billing deadline. If the payment deadline on the invoice has been exceeded, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, we ask you to contact Klarna customer service.

If you have returned the entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of your Klarna invoice after the return has been processed.

If you would like to return part of your order: Simply reduce the invoice total by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

Legal Notice

Please note the following information, which results from the EU Consumer Directive, which has been in force since June 13, 2014:

  • Returns: You bear the costs of the return (if you received a defective or demonstrably incorrect item, we will of course cover the costs by subsequently refunding the shipping costs). Simply frank the shipment exactly as you received it.
  • Exchange: If you would like an exchange, we will send you your new desired item free of charge upon receipt of the item to be exchanged. 

Deadlines: After receiving the goods, the consumer has 14 days to declare the cancellation. By sending the cancellation declaration, the consumer begins a new period of 14 days within which he must return the goods to the retailer. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to properly send the goods or provide proof that the goods have been sent. The goods therefore do not have to be received by the retailer within 14 days.
