What is my right of return?

We are convinced that you will like our products. Should a product still not satisfy you, our aim is to provide you with an uncomplicated and stress-free one Returns within 14 days from receipt of the goods to enable. During this time, you can cancel your order without giving reasons and return your ordered goods to us in their original packaging. The revocation must be made within 14 days. This can be done using our cancellation form or by email.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers or items for which something else is expressly noted (Presets, custom-made products, etc.).

at international returns It is essential to ensure that the return is marked as "Free Return" or clearly as a return, as we do not pay customs costs and the package is therefore sent back.

Please note:

We accept a return only for new and unworn goods. If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be registered with us in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your right of return / right of withdrawal has exceeded 14 days and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

How should I return the goods?

Especially when returning several items, the pieces of jewelery should be packed individually and securely so as not to damage the goods. When returning individual products, please use the jewelery case and its foam insert sent with you to pack the jewelery securely. Alternatively, simply wrap the jewelry with a paper towel. Thank you! 

When can I expect the purchase price to be repaid?

The purchase price will usually be reimbursed within 10 days of receiving your return. We automatically use the payment method you have chosen. In exceptional cases (e.g. in the case of sales promotions) the repayment can take up to 14 days. Thank you for your understanding!

This is how the return works:

A delivery note / invoice is enclosed with your order; this is not a return label. Please note that you bear the costs for your return yourself. This does not apply to incorrect deliveries.

1. Lay that completed return form / return sheet in the package.
If the delivery note is missing, please put a note with the following information in the package:

- Surname
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Would you like an exchange or a refund?

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the reimbursement has been made. 

Can an exchange be made?

If you wish, you can of course receive a different product or a different size. Please enclose a note with the return requesting an exchange. Or send us an email in advance to: shop@sprezzi-fashion.com and let us know that you want an exchange.

Has my return already arrived?

We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive your refund and a confirmation.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the reimbursement has been made. 

Returns when buying with Klarna

If you would like to return one or more items to us and the end of the invoice period is getting closer, you have the option of pausing the invoice in your own Klarna account by informing Klarna about the return: Click on "Report return" and then to "I have sent the goods back". Please note that we cannot extend your billing deadline. If the date of the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case we ask you to contact Klarna customer service.

If you have returned the entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of your Klarna invoice after the return has been processed.

Would you like to partially return your order: Simply reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

Legal Notice

Please note the following information, which results from the EU consumer directive that has been in force since June 13, 2014:

  • Returns: You bear the costs of the return (if you received a wrong delivery / a defective item, we will of course bear the costs). Simply frank the shipment exactly as you received it.
  • Exchange: If you want an exchange, we will send you your new desired article free of charge after we have received the article to be exchanged.
