Which pieces of jewelry can be engraved at Sprezzi Fashion?
Selected pieces of jewelry at Sprezzi Fashion can be personalized with an engraving. The engraving is carried out in collaboration with a local goldsmith, allowing for a precise, high-quality result. The engraving service is available exclusively for jewelry purchased in the shop.
The following pieces of jewelry can currently be engraved:
- rings – engraving on the inside or outside
- Necklaces with pendants – engraving on the back of the pendant
- Bangles – provided there is sufficient space for engraving
Whether an engraving is possible depends on the individual piece of jewelry and the available space. Eligible products are marked accordingly in the shop.
How does jewelry engraving work at Sprezzi Fashion?
You can add an engraving directly when purchasing a piece of jewelry or book it separately afterward.
The process is simple:
- Select your desired piece of jewelry in the shop.
- Add the engraving service directly on the product page above the “Add to cart” button.
- Place the jewelry together with the engraving in your cart and complete your order.
- Then let us know your desired text, preferred font, or other engraving details via Chat.
You can also book the engraving service afterward without purchasing another piece of jewelry via our engraving service page and add it separately to your cart. Please provide your original order number so that we can clearly match the engraving to your order.
For individual requests, you can contact us via our Chat before placing your order. We will check whether your request can be carried out and, if necessary, send you a personal link for your engraving service.
After you place your order, the jewelry is prepared for engraving and sent to our goldsmith. Since each engraving is made individually, you should expect an additional processing time of approximately 7 to 10 days.
Depending on workload and the scope of the engraving, it may also be completed more quickly.
If you need the jewelry by a specific date, please coordinate this with us in advance.
Which engravings are possible?
Various texts or symbols can be engraved. Personal information or short messages are particularly popular for adding an individual touch to a piece of jewelry.
Typical engravings include:
- Names or initials
- Important dates (e.g., birthdays or anniversaries)
- Short messages or dedications
- Coordinates or sequences of numbers
Numbers and letters are generally possible without any issues. The exact length of the engraving depends on the individual piece of jewelry and the available space. Images can also be sent as templates.
Which fonts can be used for an engraving?
For engravings, Sprezzi Fashion can use common fonts. These include, for example:
- Helvetica
- Arial
- Times New Roman
- Lucida Handwriting (our favorite)
- Apple Chancery
- Mistral
- other classic fonts
The desired engraving text and preferred font can be specified when placing the order.
If no specific font is specified, an easy-to-read standard engraving will be selected.
Are symbols or custom engravings also possible?
In addition to classic text engravings, custom engravings can also be created in some cases. These include, for example:
- Symbols
- simple graphics
- crests
- custom templates
Such engravings must be discussed individually in advance. Whether they can be created depends on the respective piece of jewelry and the technical feasibility of the engraving. Feel free to contact us, and we will find out together.
How much does a jewelry engraving cost at Sprezzi Fashion?
The cost of an engraving may vary depending on the piece of jewelry and the scope of the engraving. Factors include:
- Length of the engraving text
- Material of the piece of jewelry
- Position of the engraving
- possible special requests
We offer a simple hand engraving with initials, such as two letters, or a symbol/crest for €40. Please discuss your desired design with us in advance.
We offer a more complex engraving, such as a saying or sentence on the inside of a bangle, for €70.
Can I also have jewelry I already own engraved?
No, Sprezzi Fashion's engraving service is exclusively available for pieces of jewelry purchased from the shop.
Engraving jewelry that was not purchased from Sprezzi Fashion is currently not offered. This ensures that the material, surface, and engraving technique are optimally compatible, allowing us to guarantee our quality standards.
