Shipping

We ship worldwide free of charge with DHL (to the USA via DHL Express for orders over $250) and within Germany, your package will usually arrive within 2–4 business days. Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany. Thanks to DHL GoGreen, the resulting CO₂ emissions are offset. Please note: Items marked “Pre-Order” have a longer delivery time.

Important: Pre-ordered (Pre-Order) products cannot be shipped via expedited standard shipping. The same applies when paying by bank transfer. In this case, shipping will take place only after receipt of payment.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking number by email to track your shipment. You can use it to check the current status of your package online at any time. If in doubt, please also check your spam folder—sometimes our email ends up there.

Please note: The delivery times stated below are based on the standard estimates provided by our shipping partners. Especially for international shipments, these are estimates and are not binding. Delays—such as those caused by customs or freight inspections in non-EU countries—cannot unfortunately be ruled out.

Monaco, Switzerland and Norway: the same regulations apply here as in EU countries. However, they are subject to the same rates as the “Rest of World”. Please note: import duties may apply. Please inform yourself in advance about any import regulations that apply to your country/location. We cannot provide information about fees or regulations applicable to countries outside the eurozone.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship to Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia, and the Middle East. 

New regulations for shipping to the USA:
Due to new customs regulations, many retailers have had to adjust their prices. It is important to us to continue offering you reliable and fair shipping to the USA. That is why we ship with DHL Express for just $29 – shipping is free for orders of €250 (approx. $290) or more. Your order will generally arrive within 3–6 business days, including customs clearance.

There is also an advantage that many people overlook: As a customer outside the EU, you purchase at the net price. The 19% German VAT is automatically deducted as soon as you select the USA as the delivery country.

Since the $800 duty-free threshold was abolished, import duties for shipments to the USA apply to every shipment and are paid to DHL upon delivery – for details, see our FAQ on shipping to the USA.

CUSTOMS & TAXES (relevant for non-EU countries)
The shipping fee for international orders does not include customs duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may arise upon delivery. We therefore recommend calculating the applicable duties and taxes for your destination country yourself before purchasing. Your country’s national customs authority generally provides the applicable rates on its website.

Please note: If a package is refused and returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting shipping and return costs from the refund. We therefore recommend checking in advance for any potential fees.

TRACKING
Our logistics partners DHL/Deutsche Post and UPS handle shipping. We will send you a tracking link by email as soon as we have shipped your order. This way, you can always see exactly where your order currently is.
