Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last good, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). The easiest and fastest way to do this is through our Returns Portal.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Note: We are not required to provide separate confirmation of the withdrawal. If you register your return through our Returns Portal, the automatic confirmation email you then receive serves as confirmation that we have received your withdrawal notice.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please note that we may refuse late returns.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may choose the shipping service provider yourself.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
For us, this applies to:
- individually engraved jewellery
- custom-made products that we manufacture according to your specifications
