14-day right of return: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Condition: Trying items on is, of course, permitted. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by significant signs of use.

12-month warranty against material and workmanship defects - voluntary and free of charge, in addition to your statutory rights.
To make a warranty claim: Send us a photo of the piece of jewelry and your order number via chat. We’ll repair it where possible - otherwise, you’ll receive a replacement. Processing takes around 14 days.
Not covered are normal signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or abrasion, as well as deformation caused by frequent adjustment.
