We ship worldwide free of charge (excluding US shipping) with DHL – and within Germany your package is usually with you within 2–4 business days. Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany. Thanks to DHL GoGreen, the resulting CO₂ emissions are offset. Please note: Items marked "Pre-Order" have a longer delivery time.

Important: Fast standard shipping is not possible for pre-ordered (Pre-Order) products. The same applies to payment by bank transfer. Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking number by email for shipment tracking. This allows you to check the current status of your package online at any time. Please also check your spam folder if in doubt – sometimes our email ends up there.
Please note: The delivery times given below are based on the standard information from our shipping providers. Especially for international shipments, these are guidelines and not binding. Delays – for example due to customs or freight inspections in non-EU countries – unfortunately cannot be ruled out.

Monaco, Switzerland and Norway: the same regulations apply as for the EU countries. However, the same rates as "Rest of the World" apply. Attention: import duties may be incurred. Please inform yourself in advance about any import regulations that apply to your country/location. We cannot provide information about fees or regulations for countries outside the Eurozone.

We ship to Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia, and the Middle East.
New regulations for USA shipping:
Due to new customs regulations, many retailers had to adjust their prices. However, it is important to us to continue offering you reliable and fair shipping to the USA. Therefore, we now ship with DHL Express for only $29 – and free shipping for orders over €250. At the same time, you benefit from significantly shorter delivery times: your order usually arrives within 2–4 business days.
CUSTOMS & TAXES (relevant for non-EU countries)
The shipping fee for international orders does not include customs duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be charged upon delivery. We therefore recommend calculating the applicable customs duties and taxes for your destination country before purchase. Your national customs authority usually provides the rates on their website.
Please note: If a package is refused and returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting shipping and return costs from the refund. We therefore recommend checking possible fees in advance.
TRACKING
Our logistics partners DHL/German Post and UPS handle the shipping process. We will send you a tracking link by email as soon as we have shipped your order. This way, you can always see exactly where your order is.

How it works
Your package includes a Warranty card with an individual number. Please keep this card safe – it serves as proof in case of Warranty.
In case of Warranty
If a problem occurs within the Warranty period, simply send us:

Your order number and/or Warranty card number
We will then take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
Excluded are:
Damage after the Warranty period has expired
Silver is a soft material. Frequent wearing or adjusting can cause a bracelet to deform or develop material stress over time. Damage such as cracks or deformations resulting from normal use or visible shape changes are excluded from the Warranty. However, we are happy to check if a repair is possible.

With the right care, most signs of wear can be easily avoided or fixed.
Immediately after delivery
If you notice a defect immediately after receiving and before the first wear, this is not covered by the Warranty but falls under your statutory right of return. Please contact us immediately via our Chat and register the return in our Returns Portal.
