Our standard shipping with DHL is free worldwide and for national shipments the goods are usually with you in 1-3 working days! Shipping takes place from our warehouse in Germany and is carried out by our partners DHL or UPS carried out. With DHL GoGreen we successfully offset any Co2 emissions. Products marked "Pre-Order" have a longer delivery time.

Important: Fast standard shipping cannot be provided for pre-ordered products. The same applies when paying via bank transfer. Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment in our account.
You will receive a personal tracking number via email for tracking your shipment, which you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.
Please also note that for the delivery times mentioned below, we rely on the standard information provided by the respective shipping service provider. This means that international delivery times in particular should be viewed as approximate information and are not binding. Neither we nor the shipping service provider can guarantee delivery as specified. For deliveries to non-EU countries, any customs and freight checks that may be carried out can lead to delays.
However, our experience and well-rehearsed processes enable very fast shipping within 24 hours in most cases. If the package is picked up from us on time by the carrier, then the national delivery times of 1-3 days are achieved in the vast majority of cases.

The shipping fee for international orders does not include the cost of duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. We therefore recommend that you calculate the applicable duties and taxes for your destination country yourself before purchasing. The national customs authority in your country usually provides the tariffs on a homepage.

Although we at Sprezzi Fashion attach great importance to high-quality materials and conscientious production, we cannot 100% rule out production errors.
That's why we have our Sprezzi® Limited Warranty - for every order in our online shop you receive a voluntary guarantee of one year, which relates to and covers production errors and defects in the material.
To activate the warranty, you will find a warranty card with a unique number in your package. Please keep this warranty card carefully after purchase.
If there is a problem with your product within the warranty period that you believe should be covered by our warranty, please send us a short message with a photo of the defect and your order and/or warranty card number and we will find a solution as quickly as possible .
Please note that the guarantee does not apply if the guarantee period has expired or if there are defects that can be traced back to improper use: e.g. the bangle breaking due to strong bending or the chain breaking due to strong pulling. Items that are intentionally damaged are excluded from the warranty, as are normal signs of use or wear. These include, for example, scratches, dents or other signs of wear.
However, these problems can usually be solved or avoided completely by taking proper care of the jewelry itself.
If you notice a defect or production error in your product immediately after delivery and before wearing the goods for the first time, you must report this to us immediately. This does not fall under the voluntary guarantee, but under the right of return. In this case, please contact us immediately via our chat and register the return of your product via our returns portal.
Important! Please state the reason for return as “defect” to make it clear that the product has a production defect. Please note here that no goods will be taken back if they exceed the return policy or show signs of wear. Products are welcome to be tried on, but not worn/used if they are to be returned.
