We ship worldwide free of charge (excluding US shipping) with DHL – and within Germany, your package usually arrives within 2–4 working days. Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany. Thanks to DHL GoGreen, the resulting CO₂ emissions are offset. Please note: Items marked as “Pre-Order” have a longer delivery time.

Important: Fast standard shipping is not possible for pre-ordered (Pre-Order) products. The same applies to payment by bank transfer. Shipping only takes place after receipt of payment.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking number by email for shipment tracking. This allows you to check the current status of your package online at any time. Please also check your spam folder if in doubt – sometimes our email ends up there.
Please note: The delivery times given below are based on the standard information from our shipping service providers. Especially for international shipments, these are guidelines and not binding. Delays – for example due to customs or freight inspections in non-EU countries – cannot be ruled out.

Monaco, Switzerland and Norway: the same rules apply as for the EU countries. However, with the same rates as "Rest of the World". Attention: import duties may apply. Please inform yourself in advance about any import regulations that apply to your country/location. We cannot provide information about fees or regulations for countries outside the Eurozone.

We ship to Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia and the Middle East.
New regulations for USA shipping:
Due to new customs regulations, many merchants had to adjust their prices. However, it is important to us to continue to offer you reliable and fair shipping to the USA. Therefore, we now ship with DHL Express for only $27 – and free shipping for orders over $250. At the same time, you benefit from significantly shorter delivery times: your order usually reaches you within 2–4 working days.
CUSTOMS & TAXES (only relevant for non-EU countries)
The shipping fee for international orders does not include costs for customs and taxes. Our international customers bear customs fees or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery themselves. We therefore recommend calculating the applicable customs and taxes for your destination country before purchase. The national customs authority of your country usually provides the rates on a website.
TRACKING
Our logistics partners DHL/German Post and UPS handle the shipping process. We will send you a tracking link by email as soon as we have shipped your order. This way you can always see exactly where your order is.

How it works
Your package contains a Warranty card with an individual number. Please keep this card safe – it serves as proof in case of Warranty.
In case of Warranty
If a problem occurs within the Warranty period, simply send us:
a photo of the piece of jewelry
Your order number and/or Warranty card number
We will then take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
Excluded are:
damage after the Warranty period has expired
defects due to improper use (e.g., breaking a bangle by strong bending, tearing a chain by pulling)
intentional damage
normal signs of wear such as scratches, dents, or abrasion
With the right care, most signs of use can be easily avoided or remedied.
Immediately after delivery
If you notice a deviation immediately after receipt and before the first wear, this does not fall under the Warranty but under your statutory right of return. Please contact us immediately via our Chat and register the return in our returns portal.
