Our standard shipping with DHL is free worldwide! Shipping takes place Germany and takes place with our partners: DHL & UPS. Through DHL GoGreen we successfully offset the resulting Co2 emissions. Products with the label "Pre-Order" have a longer delivery time.

Important: Unfortunately, express shipping is not possible for pre-ordered products. The same applies to payment via bank transfer.

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout. There you can also choose from the various shipping options.

You will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

TRACKING
Our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post (or UPS if you choose) take care of our shipping. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as we've shipped your order. So you can always see exactly where your order is.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
The shipping fee for international orders does not include charges for duties and taxes. Our international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. We therefore recommend that you calculate the applicable duties and taxes yourself before making your purchase.

The same applies to international returns (outside the EU zone): the customs fees incurred by the return, which are charged to us as a dealer, are not paid by us and the shipment is immediately returned to the sender by customs. Only consignments marked as "Free Return" or otherwise clearly marked as a return, which do not incur any costs for us as the recipient, can be accepted. Therefore, please make sure that the customs documents required for the return are correctly filled out.

You can usually find information about this on the website of your country's customs authority. If a package is returned due to rejection of customs duties and taxes paid, no refund can be given.
