Additionally, you will receive a polishing cloth for the care of your silver jewelry included. With our thoughtful and stylish packaging, you are therefore perfectly equipped right from the start.
The entire packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, and sourced from suppliers who use the RESY symbol or the "Green Dot". Additionally, we are part of the Landbell packaging certification and the DHL CO2 offset "Go Green" program.
We ship worldwide free of charge with DHL – and within Germany your package is usually with you within 2–4 working days. Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany. Thanks to DHL GoGreen, the resulting CO₂ emissions are offset. Please note: Items marked "Pre-Order" have a longer delivery time.

Important: For pre-ordered (Pre-Order) products, fast standard shipping is not possible. The same applies to payment by bank transfer. Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking number by email for shipment tracking. This allows you to view the current status of your package online at any time. Please also check your spam folder if in doubt – sometimes our email ends up there.
Please note: The delivery times given below are based on the standard information from our shipping service providers. Especially for international shipments, these are guidelines and not binding. Delays – for example due to customs or freight inspections in non-EU countries – unfortunately cannot be ruled out.
Thanks to well-established processes and fast processing, the majority of our shipments leave the warehouse within 24 hours. If your package is picked up by DHL on time, we usually achieve the usual 2–4 working days for national deliveries – however, we cannot provide a Warranty.

Although Sprezzi Fashion places the highest value on high-quality materials and conscientious production, manufacturing defects cannot be completely ruled out even with us.
That is why we have our Sprezzi® Limited Warranty - for every order in our online shop, you receive a voluntary one-year Warranty from us, which covers manufacturing defects and material faults.
To activate the Warranty, you will find a Warranty card with a unique number in your package. Please keep this Warranty card carefully after purchase.
If there is a problem with your product within the Warranty period that you believe should be covered by our Warranty, please send us a short message with a photo of the defect and your order and/or Warranty card number and we will take care of a solution as soon as possible.
Please note that the Warranty does not apply if the Warranty period has expired or if defects are due to improper use: e.g., breaking of the bracelet due to strong bending or the chain due to strong pulling. Willfully damaged items are also excluded from the Warranty as are normal signs of wear or use. These include, for example, scratches, dents, or other signs of wear.
However, these problems can usually be resolved or completely avoided by proper jewelry care yourself.
If you notice a defect or manufacturing fault on your product immediately after delivery and before the first wear, you must report this to us immediately. This does not fall under the voluntary Warranty but under the right of return. In this case, please contact us immediately via our chat and register the return of your product via our returns portal.
Important! Please specify the return reason "Defect" to make it clear that the product has a manufacturing fault. Please also note that no goods will be accepted for return if the return period has expired or if there are signs of use. Products may be tried on but must not be worn/used if they are to be returned.

1. Wearing the Jewelry
• Avoid contact with chemicals: Perfume, hairspray, lotions, and
cleaning agents can permanently damage or discolor the jewelry. In any case, this causes the jewelry to lose its shine faster and require cleaning or possibly polishing.
• Remove before activities: Take off the jewelry before showering,
swimming, sports, or sleeping. Chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can affect it. A shower with clear water, without shampoo or chlorine, is hardly a problem.
• Putting on the jewelry: Put on the jewelry as the last step after
dressing and avoid wearing overlapping pieces that could cause scratches.
2. Cleaning the Jewelry
• Gold and gemstones: Clean with mild soap solution and a soft brush (e.g., toothbrush), then dry with a soft cloth.
• Silver jewelry: Use special silver polishes or a soft cloth
to prevent tarnishing. Store dry. Ultrasonic cleaning with a suitable silver bath can also help.
• Pearls: Wipe with a damp cloth; do not use chemicals.
3. Storing the Jewelry
• Individual storage: Store jewelry separately in soft pouches or
jewelry boxes to avoid scratches.
• Airtight storage for silver: Avoid oxidation by storing
silver jewelry airtight.
• Pearls, on the other hand, should be stored in breathable bags.
4. Safety Instructions
• Remove jewelry before sleeping, sports, and certain tasks (e.g.,
gardening, dishwashing). Children should not wear jewelry when roughhousing or playing to avoid injuries.
4.1 Risk of strangulation and injury during play
• Chains or bracelets can wrap around the neck or body parts and
cause strangulation, bruises, cuts, or falls.
4.2 Wearing jewelry while sleeping
• To protect your health and the lifespan of your jewelry, it is recommended to remove jewelry before going to bed. rings, chains, or bracelets can get caught or twisted, leading to bruises, strangulation, impaired blood circulation, bacterial buildup, skin irritation, or even cutting into the skin.
• Jewelry damage: Jewelry can get caught in bedding, bend
or be damaged; stone settings may loosen, causing gemstones to fall out.
• Allergic reactions: Prolonged skin contact combined with sweat and heat can increase skin irritation or allergic reactions.
4.3 Wearing jewelry during sports
Wearing jewelry during sports activities is not recommended for safety reasons, as it carries several risks:
• Risk of injury: rings, bracelets, or chains can get caught or snag on sports equipment, causing bruises, cuts, or sprains.
• Impact injuries: Jewelry can cause injuries during sudden
movements or falls, especially in contact or ball sports.
• Jewelry damage: Salt and chlorine water during swimming, impacts, and
friction can bend or damage jewelry. Stone settings may loosen.
4.4 Wearing jewelry at work
Wearing jewelry at work can pose safety and health risks in certain professions and should therefore be handled with care:
• Risk of injury: Jewelry can get caught in machines, tools, or
work equipment and cause serious injuries such as bruises, cuts, or even amputations.
• Damage: In manual work or work with heavy
objects, jewelry can be scratched, bent, or irreparably damaged.
• Contamination: In professions such as medicine, food preparation, or chemistry, jewelry can pick up bacteria, chemicals, or other contaminants, causing hygiene problems or contamination.
• Electrical hazard: In professions involving electrical work, metal in jewelry can conduct electricity and increase the risk of electric shock.
• Skin irritation: Prolonged wearing of jewelry during intense physical work or in damp environments can cause skin irritation.
