1. Wearing the jewelry
• Avoid contact with chemicals: Perfume, hairspray, lotions and
Cleaning agents can damage or discolor the jewelry over time. In any case, this causes the jewelry to lose its shine faster and to need cleaning or possibly polishing.
• Remove before activities: Take off the jewelry before showering,
Swimming, sports or sleeping off. Chlorine, saltwater and sweat can affect it. A shower with clear water, without shampoo or chlorine, on the other hand, is hardly a problem.
• Putting on jewelry: Put on jewelry as the last step after

2. Cleaning of jewelry

Wearing jewelry during sports activities is not recommended for safety reasons as it carries several risks:
• Risk of injury: Rings, bracelets, or chains can get caught or hooked on sports equipment, leading to crush injuries, cuts, or sprains.
